There service at the ford level is terrible, you call the 800 number to get someone in India who has a hard time understanding you and vice versa, I called and asked for a supervisor, got the run around, before the rep transferred me to a sweepstakes hotline for free gift cards, than asking if anyone in my house is over 50 press 1.. I hit # on my phone, each time a new offer was presented to me, wasn't very funny. They need to bring support back to America.

That's a lot of info, Thanks. I've already submitted to BBB AUTO LINE and filed a claim. Just waiting now. Still no loaner, no idea when car is scheduled for repair. It hasn't even been looked at yet.
