Want loud exhaust ...

Hey guys , so recently on my 2017 mustang gt 5.0 I installed xp series 3" mbrp catback with H pipe . Now its fairly loud, but I want to make it louder and nastier . I like the x pipe sound .

Will an x pipe make it louder ?
The cat back had very small mufflers. Do you guys think an axle back muffler delete would have been louder ? Or will the x pipe do it for me with my current setup?

Just be careful about droning.corsa are pretty good.i had flowmasters 4 on my last car and at 2000 rpm couldn't hear anything but drone.

Headers also will help you get the loudness you want

Could try a version of this. It's even nastier and aggressive without the bottle resonators behind the X.

He meant straight through muffler. Don't do straight pipes without a crossover, sounds terrible.

Apparently the mbrp race is just ss loud as roush axle backs . If I just added and x oupe would it be louder than my current h pipe ?

Lol thanks Bmac. You're correct. The MBRP muffler deletes and X pipe does drone like crazy. It gave my previous 18' GT dash rattles that it didn't have before.

Yup this. Drone from muffler design. These up the volume without the drone.
