When I had the 1LE it was always douchers in F-250s that would want to go to light to light...Duramax and Cummins guys would do the slight nod in recognition.

Now that I have the GT350...it's the same douchers in F250s except now they're grinning like they just fucked a cat.

Opposite here, I've had almost every year silverado act a fool and tail me until i move over and still tail me like they have something to prove. Whats weird is these are all old ass dudes, one shit head in a Red silverado SS tried to run em got smoked (repeatedly) and kept wanting to run. Lol
I've learned to just look at them and shake my head or as they say in ls1gto MMOB.

I dont know what it is about chevy truck owners.

I had way more people try to "race" me in my Focus RS or my old '94 3000GT VR-4. Lots of people giving thumbs up and such for the Mustang though. Seems to attract a totally different crowd of folks, people come up to me while I'm pumping gas and such. :shrug:

I haven't had a single challenge in my yellow GT350. That surprises me as I got them frequently in my turbocharged '92 Miata and LS3 powered '05 Miata.

I live by the oldest drag track in the country and there’s a lot of loud tin cans around here...they’re usually not as fast as the owner thinks if they’re streetable. My little guilty pleasure

For me it's the opposite. People want to race when I'm my M3, but when I'm driving the R, nobody tries to engage. Maybe because being in the bay area, a Shelby gives off a "tough guy" image that people don't want to mess with?!?!?

I've noticed when the car is a little dirty, people leave me alone. When it's clean and shiny, that's when they want to race, tailgate, fly by me etc.

Every once in a while someone wants to engage, almost always on the freeway (280 on the SF Peninsula). I had one guy in a Bentley insert himself in the space between me and the car I was following (2 car lengths) and hit the brakes. Then he moved over two lanes and punched it.
