It does sound deeper and meaner. I can imagine the improvement in person as video is rarely accurate in its sound reproduction.

Does the under $2k pricing include pipes? If so this is a steal!

If it's not tune yet, I think the exhaust sound would change with a tune. I noticed mine changed after Adam tuned it.

I doubt it will come with pipes for that price. Plus, it's part of the benefit of it being in a stock appearing housing, everything around it stock looking including the pipes if you want. So if you choose to upgrade, it's because you want to. The only difference is the inlet is slightly larger so he said it comes with an adapter.

I'm hoping that exhaust note is more because of the ATP catless DP, and street version of the MRBP exhaust, just amplified some because I'm not a fan of that sound. Honestly I haven't heard one of these I thought sounded "good". I have the Airaid intake and stock DP with Magnaflow Street catback just to subdue the sound. I'm thinking when I do this turbo upgrade I should probably do a high-flow catted DP but even that will increase the sound a little.

I personally think all EBM's have a terrible exhaust note, even for a 4 cylinder I think its particularly bad. I will be putting a 3" Vibrant ultra quiet resonator on the car to tone it down some.

The EBM has one of the worst sounds of any 4 cylinder to date. I mean, why couldn't it sound like a 5 cylinder RS, Ford? I've got a Vibrant resonator on mine and will be going to an even longer unit here shortly to subdue as much of it as possible.

They do sound really bad, sometimes it makes me laugh that such a big car has such a small 4 cyl. and sounds so funny. Maybe this is why I get zero respect from the V8 mustang guys at the racetrack. But, in honesty, I could care less, I always drive with the windows up, cant hear a thing, and I enjoy beating the V8 mustangs at the racetrack with my stupid sounding car, I only enjoy this cause they give me no respect.

Solo Performance TB sounds so good, I actually have people chase me down to find out what I've done to it.

Have the catback on my car and kinda feel like this about it
Not bad but nothing that really gets me going, in fairness I haven't heard any other ecoboost exhausts in person.

I believe Adam is testing this kit today. Looking forward to seeing the results.

Coming from the DSM/Evo world, these ecoboost mustangs are a disappointment in the sound department. I love the car, but I just haven't ever heard an aftermarket exhaust I personally like. I am running a 3 inch catless downpipe and factory exhaust the rest of the way back. I don't see myself changing it anytime soon.
