Im running out of ideas, you might have to get professional help... Last thing I would try is remove the intake manifold and inspect it for puddles. While its off inspect the valves also... Maybe its just residual fuel from when additional injectors were connected... Good luck bud, keep us...

Quick Checklist
1. Fuel pump connector connected
2. Fuel pressure sensor connected
3. No blown fuses
4. Solder/crimps not shorted to anything
Away from my car until next weekend. But it should be wired like so:
Pin 42 - Ignition coil 1 = yellow
Pin 57 - Ignition coil 2 = yellow
Pin 72 - Ignition coil 3 = yellow
Pin 43 - Ignition coil 4 = yellow
Pin 33 - MAP voltage signal = green
