Full weight premium car, with mag ride. Running ET Street R 305/45/17 in the back, 2500 DA.

Could only muster a 1.6 60' due to no convertor. I'll be running again this Friday using the trans brake.

Vortech JT with 3.33 pulley, Corsa Sport Catback (Still have stock headers/cats, replacing those next week), Fore Dual pump setup with E85, ID1050x's, PBD Tune. DSS 1400 Half Shafts, DSS Driveshaft. BMR Vertical Links & Springs, I have the diff bushing, and chassis lockouts to be installed next week.

I was on race star 18x5, and 17x10.5 with ET Street R's (305/45/17) on the back.

I also launched off of the foot brake, I am going to try the trans brake this Friday.

The car is a fully optioned (and I mean every option) 401a car, with mag ride, and pp1.

As far as power? No idea, best guesstimate based on race weight, and trap speed, mid 800s.

Yes, I think with the better fall air coming, as well as the circle d convertor becoming more available, we will see more mid-low 9 second centri 10r80 cars. These cars just cannot 60 on the stock convertor. I am going to try the trans brake this weekend, and hope nothing breaks. I have half shafts, and a driveshaft.

Keep chipping away at it. MPH is solid and will only go up once u get boost air. Lots of room to improve et, that's the fun part!

This gives me hope, I want to run low 10s when the time comes. We have similar cars minus boost lol.

Paxton 2200 3.33 17 MT-82 car here, your guesstimate isnt too far off on power. Only revved to 7400 due to belt slip on this old belt. I'm hoping for a 9 in my future as well!

Thats interesting that you're belt slipping. After talking to my tuner, I am actually going to step down to a 3.125 griptec pulley.

Are you still on the 6 rib belt? I would be cautious going down in pulleys unless you are ok with being a member of the blown engine club. My car on the Paxton with a 3.48 made 16psi at 8000. The JT may have a different stepup ratio but I think they are the same.
