So finally got the car to a shop and he said it was running really lean and there's 0 compression in the number 6 cylinder. all the others were fine no noise in the engine doesn't make sense.

Im sure it’s if no use but have you contacted the previous owner at all? It’s speculation but it sure seems like you got sold a hurt car. Sorry for your troubles!

I did all he said was “sorry I wouldn’t have sold it if I knew it was hurt” a lot of good sorry does me with a 30k car with no engine. I’m sure he knew.

That sucks...bad. You may get lucky. You might not have hurt the cylinder wall so you might be able to pull the engine and put a new piston in it. I had some minor head scarring and some bent valves when my #6 piston ring land broke, but the cylinder wasn't scarred, so a couple thousand bucks and I COULD have been back up and running.
