VMP 767 Kit for Roush Supercharger

Has anyone got the VMP 767hp Kit installed on their Roush 727hp Phase 2 kit? I’m considering it since VMP claims 682rwhp. I’m running the Roush Phase 2 On 17 GT Manual. Any feedback appreciated?

According to their website it includes:

• 82mm Pulley
• VMP Twin Jet 67mm Throttle Body
• 56LB Injectors
• Fuel Injector Height Adapters
• VMP Fuel Pump Booster
• nGauge tuning device
• VMP Custom Tune

You already have a 80mm pulley, and pump booster. Just need to upgrade 49lb injectors to 56 and add their TB and I would say you are there... along with their tune. You should consider just having them do a 93 octane tune with your phase 2 first... makes a huge difference. I’m not running out of fuel... although irritated I can’t get injector pulse width or duty cycle as PID’s.. but AFR’s look good and short term fuel trim is spot on.... with no knock at WOT. I need to get mine to a dyno but it runs very well with their tune.

If I were you I would not believe any of VMPs claims. I fell for their Gen 2 hype. It won't happen again. Lesson learned

I agree, I have a 16' with vmp gen2-r, 75mm pulley, id1050x injectors, Vortech BAP making around 650whp... Dynod at 631 on a 95 degree day.

Thats crazy, maybe it was the heat, or gas? What kind of timing were you getting if you recall? I took my car into VMP, bone stock w/ cats, had the full gen2 kit installed with the upgraded TB and put down 640whp on 17 degress of timing. The temp that day was definitely not 95, probably more around 85-88.

The Roush blower is sufficient VMP is an up sell that really is not needed. I swapped my Roush blower for the Gen2 and lost power. VMP also screwed over my buddy on his triple pass heat exchanger. They sent it without the wiring harness. Basically is sweet words called him a liar. So he bought another. Ugh.

Not sure about the timing, but I've got the 60mm throttle body and roush intake, your using the 67mm and what intake?

Ya the twin 67mm TB and I have the Roush intake that came with the kit.

Exactly. The VMP is just a glorified Roush blower. I fell for the hype. It will NOT happen again. They talk about this inlet that inlet and how much more power it makes over the Roush. A joke is what it is. Yea I have a bad taste in my mouth after spending $3300 for their blower. I ended up going twins 3 months later.
