I've had these VLand euros for alittle over a year now and they started turning yellow it looks like? Has this happened to anyone else ? I wonder how hard it is to take these apart to try to clean internally.

I've attached photos of how they look now.
I've also put a photo of my side markers from another company to compare how they should look.

Yes my car is filthy but everytime I'm about to wash her, it rains the next day so I keep putting it off .

Could be UV damage. Plastic will turn yellow when exposed to UV unless it's protected somehow. There's a reason why these lights are cheaper than OEM, which sadly I also found out the hard way with my ExoticPonyMods. :frown:
If it's indeed surface UV damage, then I guess you could use a headlight restoring kit, which is basically a light polish, followed by some protective laquer to stop them from yellowing again.

Maybe contact the vendor that sells them/produces them.

Don't attempt to take them apart - especially the side 1/4 markers - they'll just break upon doing so.

As stated above, it's UV damage. You can use products to freshen up the outside of the lenses, but if that damage is beyond the lens (on back side of lens or internal), it's never going to clear up.

It's internal, the external part of the lens is in good condition. That's what happens I guess with Chinese parts. I'm not gonna worry too much since they were free thanks to VLands terrible customer service for sending me the wrong ones and thankfully my bank helped with the charge back since VLand only speaks Chinese and prefers to not respond to their customers.

So FYI don't buy from them

Was your EPM internal or External fade ? Will applying UV sealant protect internal also ? What colour lens you got ? I pre ordered mine and in Clear euro but maybe thinking if I change on a red or smoked will be less revealing ?

No, my EPM lights didn't fade. Sadly, they were plagued with electric/electronic issues. First, the control modules are extremely unreliable and fail after a few months. And while replacement modules are available separately, this doesn't really make things any better, because the replacements will fail, too. Besides, after having three defective modules replaced, it was finally one of the lamps that failed, which was a complete show stopper and caused me to give up and to revert to the factory lamps.
EPM - never again. An extremely expensive piece of junk.
They do look great, though. They're absolutely brilliant while they work. Too bad they don't work for too long.

That's a shame. What year did you purchase them as ive heard a batch of modules the factory did a small alteration without EPM permission and caused a lot of hiccups. How did you know they failed ? Do you get a warning on the dash ?

Purchased in March 2021. No warning, you just notice they don't work. For instance, you get out of the car and go to the back to take something from the trunk, and you see that only one tail light is on. Or you press the button on the remote control to open the trunk as you're approaching the car, and notice that one lamp flashes as usual, while the other flashes one yellow bar and turns one red bar on, or some other crazy thing like that.

It maybe too late but if you want to give it another go, try this brand they don't use VLAND housing like EPM does. Quality maybe better ive not hear anything bad yet on Electronic / Housing
