Hey all!

While waiting for the rest of the upgrade components for my pony, going to do a little dress up in the engine bay.

Going to paint the engine cover myself since I cannot find ANY shop or artist here (Greece) that works with VHT paint for custom artwork, the only thing I found are rim and caliper painters (with a very limited color selection).

I wanted to get the metal plate (the center one in the steeda strut tower brace) custom painted with a complex design.. alas.. my requests returned cricket noises..

So I'll do the next best thing.. order a custom vinyl to slap onto there hahaha..

Can anyone recommend a custom sticker shop that could make stickers capable of withstanding the engine bay heat? i.e. without peeling off or melting.

Thinking vinyl dip places. The design is actually a paint pattern that transfers, if I understand it correctly.
The cover would need to be prepped - sanded, cleaned, and a plastic primer applied before the dip process. Possibly even painted a base color to support the dip.

You could contact those kinds of providers.

Lots of you tubes about the process - maybe have a company prepare a dip vinyl for you and do it yourself - order the release spray, etc, as a kit from them - then clearcoat it all.
