Whooshing noise from engine bay

Decided to remove my engine cover today and was giving the car some revs just out of curiosity to see if there was any sound change with the cover off but I ended up noticing a very strange whooshing noise which seems to be coming from near the coolant reservoir and water pump. I’m not gonna lie it almost sounds like a slight blow off from a turbo. I’ve attached a video if you skip to exactly 11 seconds that’s when you can hear it the most.
