That's not correct the tires can be rotated, it is just different.I would look at the tires first especially if you have the Pirelli brand. Start with lowing the tire pressure to see if anything changes for the better. You cannot rotate them due to the stagger set up but perhaps some road force balancing might be next. After the tires, I would look at the driveline such as the driveshaft for imbalance. Back to the dealer for that work. Good luck.
