Hello All,
After reading related post to my problem no one spoke about a link that shows step by step procedure. I noticed smoke coming from the passenger side under the hood. Also a burning smell was discovered. I checked and noticed the bolts around the valve cover was loose. How does this happen? My car is a 2015 GT Premium with 61000 miles on it. I attempted to tighten the bolts that was visible but the one I the back near the firewall was impossible to get to. I would like to replaced both ( passenger and Driver side) gaskets. Does anyone have a link that shows how to do it? It would be greatly appreciated. I have become pretty mechanical but if you guys thinks this should be done by a qualified mechanic pleases say so. Also what is the estimate price for a pro to do?
Thank you for your time guys.

I had the same problem, it was not the gasket but the valve cover itself was cracked. I had oil leaking onto the manifold and causing clouds of smoke. Mine was replaced under warranty though, so I don't know exactly how you would go about it.

@blakedanatural

Here ya go, instructions are for LH and RH valve covers for a 2015 5.0, but essentially the same for all 2015-2017.

Most likely similar for 2018-2019, but remember the 2018-19 5.0 is Gen3, so there may be some variances in steps or components.

EDIT:
And see attached Ford TSB 19-2260, which may help.

I deal with modular ford motors all day, and if it has a plastic valve cover, don't mess with trying to replace a gasket/oring, it will only end in broken hopes and dreams. just replace the whole valve cover, it will come with oem gasket/oring and boltsand grommets. And it will cost a lot less than you think.

I just looked it up on tasca parts. PS buy only oem, do not try aftermarket. 59.55 right side, and 73.33 pass side for oem. Not even worth buying a gasket set and trying imho

A lot of guys there was nothing wrong with the valve cover or the gasket, just the bolts weren't tight. re-torque the bolts first and see if it stops the dribble.
