Vacuum line damaged

Yesterday my supercharger belt shredded a rib and destroyed this vacuum connection and my brakes went crazy. Can I replace this with standard vacuum hose or is there something unique to this piece?

You could prob just cut the ends of both, throw one of these strait connectors on there and some clamps, may not look pretty though
