Having trouble putting pictures through. Basically my car was parked as some asshole backed into the driver side rear fender/bumper. No lights are damaged. My bumper is cracked and pulled away from the body of the car. The fender has a dent in it also. Instead of apoligizing for it he started acting like it was my fault!! Now my car is in the shop. Driving a Buick Encore for now.

So you parked where he was driving. I can see that being your fault. nope you moved it in back of him as he was backing out. Nope you weren't in it. ET did it. nope ET went home.running out of reasons its your fault. must be the other guy just a DA

Exactly what the cop said as he gave him a ticket. I just got a call from my insurance company. The total damage is $1,110.00. They are expecting me to have my car back on Wednesday evening.
