Vacuum Leak diagnose

I have a Mustang GT 2019 with roush CAI, runs just fine but it vibrates quite a bit at low RPMs and wrench light is on. I can't get my hands on a smoke machine. Any ideas as to how diagnose it or which line could it be. I also have DTC codes P0113 and P0103

The old fashioned way was to spray something like starter fluid on the vacuum lines, connectors, etc while the car is running and listening for the rpm to change. Can't say how good an idea that is on modern engines...
Curious why you think it's a vacuum leak with MAF and IAT codes after a CIA install?
Or why you would not take it to a dealer for warranty work. Not all of them automatically turn away modded cars.

take it to an autozone and get the code pulled, that might give you some clues if its a vacuum leak or something else.

I recently swapped a 2018 lower intake box onto my 2016 GT, and ended up with a stumbling idle and stalling, along with a bunch of codes that made no sense. Because I already had a tuner and a 2018 intake manifold, I ended up just swapping it into the car and tuning, but I was unable to find any vacuum leaks using carb cleaner or any other flammable liquid.

The codes all went away when I swapped the manifold, thankfully.
