Used kooks headers

I’m buying used Kooks longtube off-road headers for the s550. My car has about 33k miles on it. I’m wondering if I should buy new kooks header gaskets or just reuse my oem one? Also, should I purchase stage 8 locking hardware, or use the factory studs?
He has stage 8 locking bolts on right now, but are they even reusable?

Why not buy some new OEM gaskets? They’re much cheaper.
