Upgrading Whipple setup, need advice

I have a stage 1 gen 3 on my 15 mustang pp gt and I want to upgrade the power. I do not want to get the whipple stage 2 tune I would like to go custom with PBT or Lund. Obviously I’ll need the larger throttle body and ngauge tuner.
I don’t have plans to run e85 so it’ll be 93 octane. I want to maximize the hp I can get and understand the 3.5 pulley is the lowest you can go on 93. So my main questions are what’s my best bang for the buck on injectors? Would I need a new fuel pump or a booster?

Not sure what PBD are doing in terms of pulley but Lund will not tune for 3.5” on 93 (unless they’ve changed their mind in the past 12 months). Traditionally, they want you to go 100 octane tune if you want to drop to 3.5”
I went DW400 pump rather than a BAP (mainly because it was cheaper at the time).
You’ll also be wanting to look at your injectors. Lund would prefer not to tune with the Whipple supplied injectors, regardless of stage 1/2. Again, PBD May have their own ideas on that.
Certainly worth the chat with both tuners prior to committing.

I ran the following and made 809 wheel on 93

72lb injector (from the stage 2 kit)
Vmp BAP
3.625 pulley
1 can of boostane
1 7/8 LTH
Full 3" exhaust

3.625 is likely the smallest you will be able to go safely on 93.

PBD has no issues tuning the whipple 72lb injectors.

800+whp on 93 no matter how much boostane seems like a VERY generous dyno. I have near the same setup except for Mak cat deletes instead of long tubes and I would be surprised to see 700+whp.

I went to PBD cal with Gen 4 whipple catless headers 3” exhaust with with 3.5” pulley a shot meth injection and 10 oz of boostane per tank of 93. Only made 730 wheel and was running out of fuel at top with 72 lb whipple injectors and BAP. Went to FORE Fuel system dual pump setup with ID 1050’s Injectors. With smaller shot of meth than before and same fuel with Boostane made 784. With just MS109 in the tank made 798. Rob at PBD has been very good to me with all my changes and trying to dial this meth injection with just a bit of Boostane for max power. The calibration that he gave me (22 spark) most run E85 with. I have zero knock at full song.
