July 19th I put in the order. July 21st my dealer sent the order to Ford.

Ok Ordered, new delivery is Dec 17th. But it can be earlier according to my sales rep. So it's definitely not set in stone. Just a heads up and update.

When did you order again? Fastback or Vert I forget sorry.

Yesterday and they said December? Sheesh, thats 5 months...

Yes but I mentioned they could try to move it up but I don't think i'm going to due to more potential rebates in december as I ordered through military sales. and whatever new rebates come up if they are better than previous ones they get added to my order

Yea....I mean... I doubt thats right. But hey, some dealers know some indepth stuff... but from my opinion the people on this forum know more than SOME dealerships, especially if they don't do high volume mustang sales.

He is ordering from ENCS, they are a whole different breed and garanimal.

while I appreciate you trying to help, my question is really only applied towards Mustangchief. I've been all up and down that site, as that is who I ordered my mustang through. Again thanks for trying to help

I would say there is a good possibility that we would get our orders sooner. I was told by a friend that works at the local dealer in OKC they have 4 for stock set to arrive on Sept 9th. I ordered mine on 7/3 and don't have a VIN yet.

My local dealer has 5 coming the week of Sept. 9th as well. I told them call me as soon as the truck pulls in since one of the cars is optioned out the way I wanted before I decided on the 50th LE.

Just that ENCS is more of a brokerage house than a dealer. They just happen to have a contract with the Exchange as a vendor. I used them once, the deal was good at the time, but discovered better deals when I actually got stateside. You have to read their price guarantee closely. They will only give you the difference if it is the exact same car, delivered to the same dealer on the same day. Read the small print, the salesmen all said nah, don't worry about it...yeah right and the exchange didn't help either as ENCS is a vendor. Their prices are great for hard to get cars, but if you are going for the extra 500 when you find a comparable car, taking candy from a two year old is easier. If you want a good price and no haggles, it's just like X-Plan.

I got this email from a sales rep at the dealership I ordered my stang from.
"Dear Jaime


Ted's been promoted to Business Manager and he and I will both be watching out for your special ordered 2015 Mustang.

As of today, it's scheduled for production the week of 8/27 (estimate only)."

My reply:
"Thanks for reaching out to me. Everything is cool as long as we dont drill holes in the fascia for a license plate.
