They should have something special. I was so disappointed when I saw what people were getting for the floor mats they were calling 50th Anniversary mats.

No I am fairly sure that is correct. Black hook and loop material with white cashmere stitching.

I really dont know, but my sales man know I have a black mats with white stitches and only the front ones. So I dont know what I am going to get @ soon I get my I will post a picture.

The 50th Anniversary floor mats do not say "50 Years", "50th Anniversary", nor do they even have a Mustang logo. As Flak described above, the 50 Years Appearance Package floor mats are plain black, with white stitching along the border. The idea is that it's reminiscent of Mustangs from the 60s/70s.

As someone who paid a premium for the appearance package, I like many others, are very dissapointed about this. Plus, I ordered the Performance Package as well, so I don't even get the 50th Anniversary wheels either :(

I too ordered the 50th Anniversary Appearance Package. My question is, should I have received floor mats for the rear. All I got was floor mats for the front. I'll be calling the dealer this afternoon to verify.

The 50th Anniversary Package only includes front floor mats... and as said above, they are black with white stitching.

If you want to try to get the dealer to get you something, ask for these. They threw them in for me because the sales managers screwed around with me on my trade. They include rear mats as well.

I've had those on order for quite some time with my dealer, amongst other things that haven't arrived. With weather turning bad this week, I was hoping to get those in when I picked up the car.

I'm having a hard time with the concept of rear floor mats in a Mustang. When I drive, my seatback is touching the rear seat bottom. Where in the world are you putting these rear floormats? Unless they're literally five inches wide, they'll get constantly crushed by your front seat.

Same thing happened to me, and I got them to throw them in too, no charge. Had to have rear floor mats, and I like the rubber, since I have my kids in the backseat almost every day.

I need to see a picture of these rear floor mats. Please, I'm begging. I cannot picture in my mind what rear floor mats in a Mustang would look like.

I don't understand your confusion, does your seat base drag across the floor of the car? If not, it sounds like you don't understand what a floor mat is.

A number of Mustang sites sell mats and have plenty of pictures to help you out.
