In 2014, I couldn't wait for the opportunity to order my new 2015 Mustang. It was the first car I had ever bought brand new.
I put almost 60,000 miles on the car and enjoyed every minute. Unfortunately, the practicality of the car can't be justified with the winters we have in the DC area. I...

Evaporator problem
Needed a software update for the throttle.
One major problem Ford has not fixed are the crappy service departments.
Thanks to 89Trooper I just ordered the deluxe manual. I'll be cancelling my appt and the parts and I'll be picking up the parts from another source. My dealer was charging over $500.00 for the evaporator assembly.
I picked up my car this morning while the dealer orders parts for my car. I'd rather it be parked in my garage than out on their lot.
I don't have a good feeling about the level of service for the repair I'm about to recieve, due to the fact that I found the part to the glove box that slows...
Stopped by the dealer today, as they have had the car for two days and I felt the time to diagnose the problem doesn't take that long to figure out.
The evaporator is definitely toast and he also said I had a slight crack in the high pressure line to the compressor. It wasn't all the way...
I'm well aware that the repair will come out of my pocket. I'm out of the warranty period and I can accept that. What I have a hard time with is the continual revision to the part that even in its latest iteration may be faulty. :frusty:
Dropped it off last night. I should hear something...
And another AC failure. Last week noticed the passenger side vent blowing colder air than the drivers side.
Started getting headaches breathing in the Freon. Had not suspected anything unusual, as the car was parked outside in the heat and just thought it was taking a longer time to cool off...
I now join the club regrettably. 2015 Mustang with 54,000 miles and AC is on its way out. First started blowing warm air on driver side with cool air on the passenger side.
I added freon and started blowing cold again. I also notice a lot of gear whine while the compressor is engaged. turn...
TPMS alerts at 25 psi. My right front is continually loosing air. Took it to the dealer and it worked just fine. out of the dealer and I put air in about every two weeks.
If you have the 4 wire setup, Red, Green, Blue, and Black, then it is safe to say you have the my color lighted door sills.
If you have the premium, the wire harness should be ready to plug into. As noted before, the wire harness is plug and play, but no power is to that system.
You will...
Somewhere in the forum there was mention of LED bulbs having a certain frequency range that CAN interfere with the garage door opener in our Mustangs. The actual garage door opener worked just fine. But I had changed my lights in the garage door opener to LED and I would push the button and...
I know this sounds crazy, but if you have LED bulbs in the opener, replace them with incandescent bulbs. I had the same problem and was instructed to do just as I stated here. Works like a charm.
On a side note, if you have the Blind Spot information system, BLIS, then you will not get off as cheap as you may think. There are two different puddle lamps for the Mustang. Those without BLIS can get the cheaper version. Those with BLIS pay quite a bit more. Not sure why that is, but I...
