Nope. The plastic mesh cover does not cover it.

I removed my strip's and found a small dent in the boot lid.

That’s not a difficult repair. It sxcks for sure, but atleast its not on the main body. Would be easy to do a blend for a decent body tech.

What did you use to remove them? I’ve considered removing mine.

What did you use to remove them? I’ve considered removing mine.

I just use a heat gun to loosen up the adhesive then peel up the decal at a corner. Apply heat for about 5 seconds should do it.
