Good luck with the new C7. I seriously looked at one awhile back. They are awesome cars.

Did not see that one coming. That's a hell of a thing, congrats.

Wow, very nice. Sorry you had such an unenjoyable experience waiting for your stang! Enjoy your new vette as it is beautiful and thank you for sticking with American!

Dollar for dollar I'd do the same exact thing. Congrats on the new ride.

Same money between the two and I'd pick the Vette any day of the week. Good choice.

I can understand your giving up, I almost did. I've said it before and I'll say it again. The release of this car was a shit show and I will never preorder a new model again because of it.

Good for you for making that tough decision to walk away. I hope you enjoy your new car and can make that special emotional connection with it.

Nothing wrong with a Vette in the garage if you have the money. The Hellcat is my first choice...if I had the funds.

Nice choice. I love the new Corvette and would pick one up if it were in my price-range.

The hellcat just doesn't make a lot of sense to me, but I can dig the vette, best looking one they've ever made in my opinion.

I think you made the right decision for a given price range.

The C7 is an awesome car!

What was your production date? I know there seems to be a problem with early-mid run LT1's deciding to spin bearings, chew up lifters and blow up. Evidently GM's managed to fix that in newer run cars.

Rocky and I are sad to see you chose something else. I don't think you will get any (or many) haters. I drive a GMC SUV because the Fords are not comparable. In this case, the cars are comparable, but if it weren't for my obsession with Mustangs and the spirit there of, I might have picked something else. I have a friend with a new Vette, it was an awesome car, I just couldn't find any emotional attachment. Enjoy it, and hang around here too.
Chief we had an emotional ride....btw Rocky melts my heart lol
Why wasnt this the go to right off the bat?
I never thought I could afford it

I know right lol

Murica! Though still not happy about the bowtie lol

I couldn't believe it when he brought me the USAA pricing at 7k under sticker.

It was tough and I thought it over for a month so it wasn't a "Knee Jerk" reaction and I 100% agree this launch is awful. Hellcats are flying from factories and they gave all the info at launch.

Yeah I found one for MSRP but I didn't want to wait another 10 weeks.
You got more car instead of ADM for the price... no one can blame you for making that choice.
I went in expecting to pay 60. I was shocked with the amazing service.

Production was 9/14 so hopefully recalls stay away lol

It's a little sad I recognized Road America from the video thumbnail before I could read the words.

And by sad, I mean awesome.

I'm new to this forum, but I have been reading it for three months now. My wife ordered a 2015 Ecoboost in Oxford white and she loves it. I love it too! This is an awesome car! Anyway, the reason I popped in was to congratulate Brent302 for his new car. I own the 2014 version in crystal red. You will enjoy the Stingray!! I try to get my hands on the Mustang anytime I can. Just as an observation from the new guy, the members on this forum are really nice to guys who own other cars!
