You can get an extra week tax on a new vehicle, I just did on a new lorry and that's £1200 pa. wishful thinking to get them this week me thinks anyhow, but here's hoping !

If it's avaliable next week, I'll pick it up in a heartbeat. The tax would be the last thing on my mind.

Sent my dealer an email today letting them know it's in Southampton. Hopefully I'll get a reply back tomorrow. He did say to me previously that they usually get them up from Southampton to the dealer within a week, so fingers crossed.

Based on others in the last few weeks getting theirs, there is a good chance for this weekend. If not very early June should be a reasonable estimate I would have thought.

There is currently 157 miles between my car and my dealer... Google tells me its a 3 hours drive at most so even on a transport lorry its 4 hours. That's a single run for a driver without a break....

Does the dealer pick them up or does Ford deliver to the dealers ? As I have been told and in addition I was told there is a delay in transport currently.

My dealer said they receive them but never mentioned a delay. Will give it a chase on Wednesday or Thursday.

It's here! Well, at the dealers... 33 years old and absolutely giddy, haha. Just popping down now to finalise everything and see her.

Excellent news! That's a long wait but will be well worth it. Working mine out on that schedule then it will be Zeebrugge 22nd May, Southampton 5th June, dealers around 15th. Enjoy

Heh hopefully not long although Techne has just mentioned his got to the dealer today but has been in Southampton since the 13/05, I'm hoping Bedford will turn them around a bit quicker. You didn't gets yours with them did you? Remind me where again?

Haven't heard back from them yet although I did ask for some other things as well so l'll give them a little longer.

How's yours been progressing?

Got a call from my dealer today on an update on my car . He told me that delivery had been put back from 18 June - 24 June . As car had now landed in ZEEBRUGGE and discharge . I ask him where car actually is he told me that its still in Baltimore I informed him of the above and he had not got a clue ! Anyway I have ask him to prioritise it so he is going to see what he can do.

No I ordered through a broker who uses an Evans Halshaw dealer up North.

Clutch arrived today at the dealer for fitting and should be getting my hands on it Thursday or Friday!!!!
