Camera ASAP and check each wheel each time you drive it, if you even can now. Take some practice shoots so you know the camera is in the right spot. Backup any footage asap.

Long term think about moving that place looks to be toxic.

Camera is in place. Temporary. Not the best. But it might do.

We are talking to apartment management, based on the lease though, doesn't look too good. That being said, situations like this are rare.

I thought I was perhaps paranoid, that was until the Deputy showed up and pretty much said things were tampered with. She noticed movement of brake dust, and some other things.

I also looked further at the parts, and I believe the screw on for the lug nuts in the back tire are completely gone...I can't imagine how expensive that's going to be.

Sorry but this thread sounds like BS to me. An entire apartment complex won't target you just because you drive a Mustang. There's more to this story then your letting on. I mean we have people and their children almost getting run over. Complaints of noise and fast driving. There is usually 3 sides to every story. Yours. The other side. And the truth!.

Sorry, but there is always that one guy in the thread.

I don't need to BS anything. We belong to a gated community full of rich, older people. My wife and I are newly married, and young.

They have weekend parties that we don't go to, that go on yachts and what not.

It originally began with my dog, who whined because of separation anxiety. We had to give him back to my parents because of complaints.

It then moved on to my car, whether it be too noisy because of the exhaust (I have the regular exhaust on my GT) my music was too loud, I was driving too fast, etc.

The moment I believe this was occurring on was a moment in which I was on my way to work, and almost hit a guy and his kid. It was pitch black out, and the guy was walking in the middle of the street.

I'm sorry, but I take pride in telling the truth. I have no reason to lie, or make up some elaborate thread to get people to make me 'feel' better. The entire thread was created for advice and guidance in a situation I have NO idea about.

I'm sorry that's not good enough for you.

its a strange one to be sure
So you was invited to the posh parties but said no
You must have cash to live with these rich people
They get the hump cause you never went to the parties, so someone removes your wheel nuts
How come in this rich gated area, there are no cameras?
what about their cars? what do they drive?
If they wanted to do damage to your car, it seems a very involved way to do it, you usually find the car is keyed
Now you have been told the car has been tampered with, was it def in the gatted place, have you parked it up somewhere?
seems a very bizarre unusual thing to do?
If you had, had a bad accident then the Police would have had to interview these rich people, as it would have to have been one of them

Ok so now we have a dog that won't stop barking. Come on dude. Rich old white people dont give a f&$k if kids half their age comes to their parties or not. They damn sure aren't going to loosen your lug nuts over a party snub. Since you made this thread for advice. Here's some from a rich old white guy. If your acting like a dumbass in your Mustang. Stop it! If you really are as innocent as your saying. Call the police and get a camera.

So - did you ever say what sort of uniform you are wearing that they don't like?

Totally F'ed. I hate it when people F with other peoples rides. That's a safety thing too so someone is being a real punk.

Some of my neighbors hate my ass for driving my car. Its loud and doesn't fit into their hybrid limp-dick lifestyle. F them.

Firing it up in the morning brings a special kind of smile to my face. If anyone bitches..."its smog legal and CA compliant"

It definitely sucks. I'm taking her to Ford tomorrow, and seeing what the damage is. Hopefully it's nothing extensive.

it seems I have asked some questions, that you don't want to answer :lol:
Leo.

Thought we ruled out that pretty immediately, so didn't see the need to continue with that.

Clown suit is scary by the way...that won't ever change

Sorry to hear this, but people who think they are entitled to a certain "way of life" whatever that means to them, will do whatever they feel is in their best interest. Another reason I hate dealing with the public. Neighbors are bad enough, then there's the HOA. Ugh ...

Definitely install the camera ... pony up and make sure it has a 7 day loop recording if possible so you can show evidence. Also, anyway to install motion sensing flood lights? might deter the crime before its begun.
