What tires are you running on? I haven't been to Bradenton since my upgraded 670 tune, but when I was on the 627hp setup my first and best pass was 11.7@124 with a 1.8 60'.... This was on the stock 255 Pirelli's in 1000+ DA. Biggest problem I had was modulating the throttle to avoid the car shortshifting into 2nd.
Open your airbox... It makes a 20-30hp difference (dyno proven). Get a good tire and get a good tune. The Roush tune is fine, but there is a lot of untapped potential in these cars. Mine's a daily, so I'm waiting before I do any mods like a tune, BAP, and injectors.
Roush_S550 was running a tire better than the Pirelli and in a 275. He was also able to cut 1.6 60' times in -1000 DA. His runs are the hero runs of this kit.
If you really wanna do a safe but powerful upgrade, I'd look at VMP. They work with Roush all the time and their kits seem to dominate the fast lists....

Just swap the gear.. You want to keep the iron housing. The aluminum one likes to break on hard launches.

I believe the pumpkin referenced is not torsen. Just something to keep in mind.

I Also believe Roush_S550 pulls the fuse to traction control, fuse 62? I dont know if that mitigates torque management.

I just got my 16GT with the TVS/Roush about a week ago. I put around 100 miles on it and man that tune is HORRIBLE. I went ahead and had Lund send me a tune. It is a different animal now. I went to the track yesterday. My car is a automatic. It pulled a 1.64 60' but spun when it shifted to 2nd so I had to get out of it and back in it. It went a 10.95@125. That is all stock besides the TVS
