I’ve looked here in Ontario. Daily lol. The cheapest I’ve found a whipple here is way more than 10k. Heck, in the thread listing the $4999 my pic is the same kit for 11k+. A friend imports stuff at the cheapest prices around and there’s just nothing less than 10k, plus tax. Period. PM me a link if you have one!

Where did you find one significantly less than 5k? Send me a PM as well! Cheapest I’ve seen is the $4999.

I'm not sure I can share the source publicly but I can send him a message to see if he has more kits.

I'm sure whipple has a great product but it's not worth a 50-100% premium (in my opinion).

Let me see what I can find out.

MY contact gave me permission to post his name/number.

He is not sure if Edelbrock has more kits, but he is checking this AM.

Thanks for the hook up!

Well, after hearing back from @Edelbrocktech and getting some more information about limits etc, I pulled the trigger this afternoon! Looks like it should be in in a few weeks. I’ve done some more reading and a ton of searching and the limits of the blower are far beyond my goals. Just couldn’t pass up the smokin’ deal!

Thanks everyone for your help!

So I guess I can stop asking questions about what boost to get etc and focus more on questions about install and all that other good stuff.

@gimmie11s I’ll be relying on your knowledge too I’m sure (honestly. I’ve read you’re build and you’re an extremely knowledgeable member!!)

I spoke with Eric this morning about buying a kit. He had sent in a request to Edelbrock to see how many kits they had left to build. This afternoon he called me and stated that there are just 6 kits left. He had already sold 2 of the 6. I bought the 3rd kit without hesitation. I suggest anyone thinking about buying one of these should do it soon as they are almost sold out.
I never thought I would throw a supercharger on my car. But at this price ($4400) I couldn't resist making around 620 wheel hp with a tune. Looking forward to having a fun summer!

Nice!

I bought from Eric as well this afternoon! Nice guy. Answered the phone right away and text back almost immediately. Had the invoice sent in just a couple minutes.

Can’t beat that price! Lots of potential as well. Limits aren’t as great as the 2650 or the whipple, but will certainly do 700+ with supporting mods without pushing it too hard or on the edge.

Can not wait!!

That's super exciting. Congrats.

FWIW, the Eaton 2.3 rotor pack has been deep 8's at 150+ on 11-14 coyote cars. It is an extremely potent set up and hits HARD down low (something the coyote can benefit from). Granted, my example is the 2.3 in the VMP case, but the Edelbrock set up uses the same rotors.

Thanks!!

I’m Excited! Never had a PD blower, only centris so this is going to be fun!

Deeps 8’s shows potential! Not shooting for those. I really think this is going to be the perfect street set-up for what I’m looking for.

I’m sure I’ll be looking for more direction with the set up... lol

agreed...I'm thinking this is perfect for what I'm looking for. Maybe in 5-10 years when they upgrade the 2.65 rotor pack, we can upgrade!

Now I'm starting to search for a tuner. I'm really looking for someone who has eddy experience with an A6. I think Lund has helped other 2.3 eddys but other options would be great too...

Spoke with Eric a bit last night and was about to pull the trigger on this, just wanted to sleep on it to make sure. Shortly after we talked he had someone swoop in and purchase the rest of what he had available. I got right of first refusal but the immediacy of it gave me pause. So they are likely all gone now (from him at least).

I did not. I don't like making rushed desicions when thousands of dollars are at stake so I passed so he could sell what he needed to when he had a buyer lined up. Its all good.

I know it is not Eddy, but VMP tunes this rotor pack all day. I’m sure they would be able to get you taken care of. I use them, and they are top notch. Drivability is very good on their tunes, and the performance is there as well. I have tunes from VMP and PBD for my TVS, so that’s all I have to compare.
