Turquoise calipers

Hey, it's what she wanted.

Got the G2 kit and had them mix a custom color from the 64-67 Mustang Tropical Turquoise. I was a little skeptical about a brush on kit but the paint is self leveling and turned out really nice. The kit comes with only one can of brake clean and wasn't enough for me but I had more. One kit was plenty of paint for two coats on all four. The dot in the 5.0 is just vinyl.

Good color combo, how long after painting did you take the pic?

I think it looks good. It's a reminder that the Mustang is also a fun cruiser and doesn't always have to go for the savage racecar look.

Thank you. Painted them yesterday afternoon and took the pics this morning. My wife took these yesterday while I was working on it.

To me, that would be too much. I like the way this adds a subtle but noticeable pop

Gave it a bath and got one in the sun. I'm so happy with the result. Damn, it looks good.

I don’t know about the trim. Maybe black 5.0 badges with matching turquoise “.”?

Go for it. Maybe order a set of rocker covers and paint them to match. Here's an example of what im talking about. That light blue would be a custom touch. Any making mommy happy is never a bad thing.
