Im not sure if this is the right sub forum, but anyone know what the turning radius for the 2015s? I know the 2014 had a very good turning radius. 33.4ft

So that should make it slightly more difficult to parallel park. I'll have to make a note.

Finally I'll have a use for line lock...need to flip a U-turn on a 30ft wide road? line lock.

Line lock might slow your rotation though because both front tires are locked. I'm sure you could get the car around but I'd bet just spinning the tires would get the job done and likely quicker.

A few feet doesn't look like a lot on paper but that 40' curb-to-curb is going to suck in the real world for GT/PP owners.

That's getting close to full size truck turning radius territory. I can recall driving my wife's 1997 Mustang coupe at it was about a 40 foot curb to curb on that one too. I HATED trying to get that thing in a tight parking lot. It was a three point turn trying to pull out of a parking space at the grocery store half the time.

Maybe I'm just different than other enthusiasts, but the turning radius of my Mustang has not ever been a topic of conversation, let alone something I was ever concerned with.

For me, it's important for one reason: The tighter your turn radius, the smaller a space you can parallel park in. Since I parallel park every day, that's a concern for me.

PP is 40'? Wow, that's worse than my ST... which is pretty terrible. Nowhere near a deal-breaker, but it's good to know.

It seems to vary wildly depending on the year of the Mustang. Something like around 34' for the 2011-2014 models to as much as 44' for some of the Fox body units.

If you are on the lower end of the scale it may not ever been an issue for you.

That's disappointing. My Challenger is 37.5 and that feels like a truck..

Is that 40ft number for EB PP or just GT TP? Thats a bigass turning radius. :(
Looks like it is only 40' if you take the 20" wheel option and you have the PP package.

18" and 19" wheel packages are 37.8'
17" wheel packages are 36.5'

Still not great on the smaller wheels but not horrible either. Even my Mazda5 minivan I just sold would u-turn in about 34.5'.

yea I have no clue what they did with the steering geometry to get such horrid TR's but it's definitely going to suck as I'm getting the PP. My current car is a GTI and that thing can fit anywhere. Seriously it is awesome to park, it is something I actually enjoy doing in that car and find it entertaining it can turn on a dime and rarely ever have to re-adjust to park. the truck on the other hand, I imagine the mustang being similar to it.

Pretty sure wheel packages and performance packages are mutually exclusive. Cant have both.
