Turn signals not sequencing

Have a 2015 anniversary Ecoboost that both left/right turn signals make weird noise when activated. Is there a relay replacement for this and location?

It is possible that you have a well-known problem.

If you charge your battery, it should resolve the problem. Only thing is that if your battery gets low again, the problem will return.

Thank you .....I've had battery on trickle charger all winter. Got car out today for a drive. Both sides worked fine for awhile but revert

That is strange that your dealership said the SSM (TSB) is no longer available. I wonder what that even means. That doesn't make sense. In any case, the BCM needs to be updated IF it is the same problem I had.
