Tuning issue

I had my car Dyno tuned after having the 18 intake manifold installed with my stock throttle body. I also bought a Lund racing tune. I been driving all week with no issues so I decided to go and load the lunds racing tune. After a few minutes of running you can hear a popping sound coming from the intake tube. The car idles great and revs up with no issues. So I reloaded my Dyno tune and it does the same thing but not as much as the lunds. Again no codes and great engine response.
The manifold is locked out

No at idle only it drives fine no hesitation no back fire. I load my other tune and it stops

Check for any vacuum leaks, specifically the Evap solenoid to manifold connection.
