hmmmm not a bad idea, i have never dynoed a car, I always just used trap speeds as my indicator
Me either but I would imagine your close to 400whp. Are you still on stock wheels?

Based on his ET/MPH it is 400.10. Based on vDyno it is 400 as well.

Makes me regret more and more that I was a stubborn idiot and got a 6mt!!!!!

If it makes you feel any better i regret not getting another manual. I love this auto (first one) super easy and alot less worried about breaking parts. But at the same time i feel like when i take it down the track its 95% tuner and 5% driver, which it mostly is. I dont feel that same gratitude when im rowing gears in my other cars. Call me egotistic but only in a manual car can it be 95% driver and 5% tune.

Try driving an AT into the 11's .001's at a time. It's definitely all driver at that point, lol.

If they believe what other people are saying that are selling a competing product, then they aren't my type of customer. You should always ask questions and inquire with the company or person that will be tuning your car.

definitely going with your custom trans tune as well. Ive seen first hand what they can do to coyote's so its a must have. My only question is on the coyotes they're getting better times letting the trans shift over manually shifting the car. Which way do you prefer? Shift the car or let the trans do all the work in D (or S)

I let it shift itself and went 12.045. Shifting it myself I went 12.000 and if I would have had a couple more passes it would have been more than a .1 in difference between the auto an manual shift I'm sure. The ability to drive hard out of the hole and then tailor the following shifts into the powerband is something that an auto on self destruct doesn't do as well, especially on a car where the power really drops off up top. You can balance it out instead of just eating it.

Just got my Trans Tune File today from Adam.
Same fast turn around from submitting log files to getting the tune file that I've experienced with the engine tunes.
Thanks Adam ! ! ! :headbang:

Can't wait to get off work and test it out. It's raining here in Dallas so I won't be able to get too aggressive with it. :(

I'll post my impressions once it dries up.

Happened to me too. Best results are seen at full flog!

Definitely look for the much shorter shift times, no more banging the rev limiter for me!

Im gonna get this asap, but we need to talk. My ford buddy told me my problem with the trans up shifting on its own in 5th gear is a hardcoded failsafe on the ecu. Not sure if i believe it. But its there. If im paddle shifting and in 4th gear when i upshift over 4500 rpm itll shift to 5th and then automatically to 6th. It suuuucks. It doesnt do it in full auto. I like paddle shifting
