Be careful of what you do and read the Roush warranty very carefully. It doesn't allow for very much to be changed. Are they a stickler on it, I don't know, and also don't know anyone that had a motor replaced under the Roush warranty. Your new dyno will show much better numbers, especially in the torque after the new Roush tune. That also helps to explain why you can't spin your Pirelli tires. Watch what happens after the new tune is loaded. :) Welcome to the world of real torque.

From my understanding anything behind the cats is OK. In front of cats your warranty is void.

That is correct, which technically means almost anything in the engine compartment.

Right, but Catch Cans are OK. Roush specifically mentions UPR and UPR has a special dual can setup made for Roush SC.
