Can you trickle charge the 2020 GT500 through the cigarette lighter?

I don’t think so but it would be so convenient.
Thanks?

If you're looking for convenience, I just have a long lead that runs from the battery to the grill and I plug the charger in there. After winter I take the lead off. But for the winter I just leave the lead on when I go drive.

Thanks I thought the car shuts down that option when it goes to sleep. Awesome must have addressed in 2020. Thank you.

You have to remove the latching Power Point Relay and install a jumper wire between pins 3 & 5.

I added this CTEK remote plug in the engine compartment next to the left side hood hinge for the CTEK trickle charger I have on the wall next to the car. It is hooked directly up to the battery.

Earl, nice photo of the CTEK Battery Sense. :)

I use a battery tender. I hooked it up this way :
658BE9AB-F678-4897-AEB3-065B6D128805.jpeg

There is the negative connection

The positive connection attaches to the nut that holds the positive cable to the terminal.

It looks like this. Yellow highlight shows how I tucked the charging cable next to the battery negative lead.

Tuck the cable next to the battery and install the cover.

I zip tied the charging cable to the negative cable. Now plug into the battery tender extension cable and your charging the battery.

here a picture of the connection:

Allen, I did find one problem, if you could call it that, when I scanned the Body Control Module I found the following fault.

Power Point Relay Fault.jpg

Thanks snoopy...does that impact any other electronics?
It has no impact on any of the other systems because it only affects the Power Points. Both power points are protected by individual 20 amp fuses that are located after the relay/jumper. It does not set off any indicators on the instrument panel.
