I have a EB Premium with PP and automatic trans and an Unleashed tune. If I start from a full stop or very low speed and get on the throttle a bit it feels like it would if I was driving a stick and fanning the clutch, it seems like it takes a bit for the clutch to fully disengage. This results in a significant loss in launch power since the RPM's are higher than they should be because first gear doesn't feel fully engaged. I previously noticed a significant "bump" or "thud" when shifting from 1st to 2nd that felt like it was coming from right under the center console because I could really feel it in my elbow but this only occurred when I was launching then running wide open for 0-60 times for example. I don't know if its still doing this because I've been afraid to check with this new issue. What really concerns me is it seems like the dealership would check if it had ever been tuned and void my warranty since its directly related due to changing shift pressure, timing, or whatever all it does..

I had the thud from 1st to 2nd but not the clutch fanning thing. I had the tune for a while before that started.

What did your contact at Unleashed Tuning tell you or recommend after consulting with him when the problem came-up? Seems like that would be step #1 before you post problems on a forum.

The thud issue was present before the tune and the other issue didn't start until well after the tune (and persists with the tune removed) so I didn't think it has anything to do with the tune and therefore did not contact them. What I was looking for are feedback form anyone else that may be experiencing the same issue or opinions on the dealerships likelihood to check for a tune and void warranty based on that.

My EB auto had the "ca clunk" when shifting from 1st to 2nd under load, 3/4 throttle or better. Dealer fixed it when they replaced the drive shaft and flange.
It's discussed in one of the "clunk" threads.

Is that a common problem. My car sounds like the tranny is hitting the tunnel when I launch the car hard. It is a loud thud when I release the clutch.
