10 Speed Transmission issue

Hello everyone. Last week I picked up my 2018 GT premium. Car was serviced every 4k miles at dealer and only has 21k miles. Very well maintained. I’ve noticed since I got the car that when ever I shift from 4th to 5th gear in normal drive mode I can hear a clunk when it shifts but when it goes from 3rd gear to 5th automatically the car is normal. Also when ever I am in sport mode or high rpm and it goes from 4th to 5th gear you can feel a jerk on the car. I was wondering if this is an issue I should be concerned or if anyone has any ideas or fixes. Thank you!

Have the dealership you purchased from (Assuming its a Ford dealership) check the transmission oil level. Also have them check the output shaft speed sensor (TSB 18-2119). These two items helped with the harsh 4-5 shift on my 2018 GT.
