Trans Mount Shifter

So I've already purchased everything, hopefully working on the car at the end of this month.

I am keeping the theme with Steeda parts, since the car came with some parts already.

I was gonna try the Street Short Throw Shifter from Steeda, which isn't trans mounted, to test it before going trans mounted on another car.

I am curious about experience and opinions about going non trans mount shifter? If it's worth the price cut compared to going trans mounted.

I absolutely hated the slop in the body mounted stock shifter. So I can imagine with a shorter throw being the only change I would still hate it. Now that I have the Barton installed - I love every shift. It feels like it’s chambering a round every time
