Trackspec Hood Vent Coming

Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to let everyone know Trackspec is starting to develop hood vents for the GT350.
John picked up my stock hood the other day to scan and we took some measurements off my car
and talked about some options, one of them being side vents but one of the problems
is our airbox is in the way?
He said the center vent will be similar to the GT4 vent he makes

Feel free to chime in and let me know on your thoughts on the side vents?

I've wanted the GT4 style side vents (the stepped shape) for so long I've considered having someone laser cut the shape. Yes the airbox won't seal against it but I was planning on just modifying the airbox to a covered style airbox like on the Mustang GT.

The plan in my head was to have the mounting screws extend underneath so I could use a screw spacer or threaded coupler to mount a cut piece of carbon fiber channel to act as a drip tray. Again, the plan 'in my head'.

Thanks for the update. I was hoping they'd make one for the 350.

I'm only interested in the center vent because i think adding the side vents will compromise the structural integrity of the hood creating a new problem.

I want one.

That was one of my concerns as well, John felt the side vents would be more for the hard core racers

Yes, It's going to be like the GT4 vent
I believe they're going to make it as long as possible, right up to the strut tower brace, at least that's what we measured to.
