I set my Ngauge up to track knock. But I have no idea what I'm watching for.

My tuner told me that the negative number is good. Anything above zero shows knock.

I drive from Houston to San Antonio tonight and noticed knock up to 3.75 only when cruising above 90 mph.

What number should I be watching for? How much knock is dangerous?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but positive knock only is possibly harmful if you are going WOT repeatedly.

Knock during cruising isn't something that is harmful.

You will occasionally see positive knock while driving normal. At wot you should see negative number up to 0

Your afr seems a bit lean as well for cruising. But then again this is just one quick snapshot.

Afr is typically in the low 14's I think. I'll pay more attention. Lol

There are a couple of Lambdas, which one do you monitor?
