No, 4500 with deposit. 3500 after you send in your old trans. So it's a net of 2,571.79 for the transmission?
Anyone have the numbers on the labor charge (hours, $$). (It's something Ford should cost share IMO)

I think ford should offer a non-profit (ford's cost) package, with a pre-designated labor cost for this fix.So it's a net of 2,571.79 for the transmission?

I'd sign up for that as long as total cost don't exceed price difference of my '16 Tech pack and comparable '17..I think ford should offer a non-profit (ford's cost) package, with a pre-designated labor cost for this fix.

If they sold us the parts at cost and gave a break on the labor, I'd say that would be more than reasonable IMO. I'd do something like that in a heartbeat.I'd sign up for that as long as total cost don't exceed price difference of my '16 Tech pack and comparable '17..
Fixed it for you!:cheers:From what I've read, a Car Show Pack transmission is not an acceptable core for a track pack transmission.
Sorry about that. Bad link. If you plug in the part number on their site, it'll bring it up.Hey Side,
The link brings you to a front page with no info...
Have you (or anyone else) looked up and listed all the parts numbers?
Appreciate any legwork done on this!!
Interesting. When I bought the R calipers, the guy said I could send in any mustang caliper, even one from a V6 and get the core deposit backFrom what I've read, a tech transmission is not an acceptable core for a track pack transmission.
Should fit in a 5.0 right? :gossip:I wonder what a slightly used Tech transmission would sell for? ;)
