I called and cancelled today, I would need to self quarantine for 2 weeks after travelling from the NWT, never-mind leaving the country. My flights were changing weekly, due to all the flight disruptions. We have been in a lock-down mode, travel restrictions and social distancing guidelines, for almost a month. Schools in all of Canada are closed, and will remain closed for the remainder of the year. The current hope is that these measures will end sometime in June... I sure hope so, as my wife is forced to work from home and home school the kids, while I go to work. We are fortunate to both still have work as there are many that are not as fortunate. But rest assured that there is no happy wife in my life, the 7 & 5 year old are basically climbing the walls by the time I get home, and she still needs to get 4-6 hrs of work done.

Needless to say I don't currently share the optimism some of you have on how soon this Covid-19 stuff is going to pass, but I do hope you are right, and I do hope you all stay well.

I'll do the Track Attack if things fall into place at another time, but if not, I'll simply learn to enjoy the car at my own pace...

No, not for the 500, don’t know about the 350. I was in the April 8-9th class and it was canceled. Rescheduled for June 9th

I canceled my June 9th and 10th event today and feel Ford really needs to reevaluate for next year. I think if many GT500 owners demanded this to be done next year they would listen. Just to soon IMO for the still truly unknown infection rate once the states open back up full force. And it’s more about me infecting my family then me which that’s my biggest concern is for my family. And at the end of the day if it wasn’t meant to happen then it is what it is. You have to cancel 31 days prior to the event otherwise you lose your refund and that’s why I canceled.

With COVID-19 related cancellations, there is no loos of payment, it's 100% refunded. I cancelled with less than 30 days and was fully refunded.

I originally purchased my hotel & flight through Expedia , and apparently didn't check the box for the ability to change plans if needed, and ended up getting "use it or loose it" airline tickets. When talking to friends who were going at the same time, their arrival was a day sooner than mine. I called the airline to change my tickets to arrive 1 day earlier, and they told me to go pound sand, nothing they can/will do about it since they were use it or loose it tickets.

I will be in Carlisle, PA at the Ford National show the previous weekend, assuming that is still on. Thats why I didn't reschedule to that date, it might be too tough for my wife (ER Nurse) and I to get two weeks off together....

It is a great event.

Not that I'm a bargain hunter, far from it, but for an event like that, ten bones is a mighty inexpensive entrance fee.
