Towing Question for GT350

I had heard or read somewhere that when Ford redesigned the GT350 for the 2019-2020 model year they enhanced the mount point for adding a tow hook. Does anyone know if that is true and exactly what the differences are between the 2015-18 model and the refreshed 19-20?

I believe that the 2019+ GT350 received the GT500 inner bumper which has a hole for mounting a tow hook. The GT500 bumper cover has that little eyelet to allow access to this mounting hole.
