Everyone has the clunk, and your torsen appears to be operating normally.
I'm okay with that. Just wanted it checked out before 36 months are up since it is worse now than when new. Did not expect them to tell me the diff is bad because the other wheel doesn't turn on the lift. I hope Ford will tell them that's normal and they can just button it back up.

Glad to report Ford told them the diff is fine. I'm picking up the car today.
