Torq Thrusts

Does anyone know what model torq thrust wheel this is? I agree with many others - I would not have guessed they would look this good on the '15 Mustang, but I like 'em. As someone who grew up in the 60's, these were very popular then and for me this creates a bit of a retro look. Thanks for sharing!

They are the Torq Thrust M. They only clear Brembos in 20"+ diameters unfortunately.

Awwwww rats. Well, in the UK there will be plenty of folks who want to set theirs up with a "classic" look, given we've not had the mustang over here before. I don't see the point in Ford announcing "hey, you get to have one of our classic, iconic vehicles for the first time ever.... and we've made sure it can only look like the hot hatch Fords you are already bored with!"

I'll be hoping for a slightly smaller custom brake kit to appear or perhaps a set of classic rims with a double lip, the outer lip being painted matt black to give the illusion of smaller rims maybe. Here's hoping......

In fact, sorry to do this but I just did a quick mock of these wheels if you don't pick the "Monster Truck" size. I think they look pretty good. The new car can still capture that classic old american look if you want. I'm glad this works and thanks to the uploader for the opportunity to see this myself, it just helps make my mind up :-D

Thanks for this photoshop! I was considering smaller torque thrusts too. On Tire Rack they're only available up to 18 inches but the Tire Rack picture of how they'd look wasn't too good.

Agreed, it's one of the few wheels that I've seen that have a lip. I'm not a huge fan of all the flat front wheels out there.

Was just thinking when someone would put a muscular wheel on the '15. Hate all the available wheels. Those look really nice. Would like to see them on a dark car like DIB.

This picture looks like it was taken at Galpin's GAS parking lot in LA. You can always ask them what is on this car in terms of details and use pic as a reference.
