What's the top speed for a stock ecoboost with 3.15 & 3.55 and how much difference do you think a tuned ecoboost say 40 hp 100 tq would do ?

Well I can say my Premium with 3.31 is limited to 121. PP packages can get to 143(I believe). I've heard of tuned PP's getting to 155, about what the gt gets. Hope this helps man

The gear sizing varies depending on transmission and optional packages.

My trips to Mexico I've done 130 in 4th gear at 6k rpm. Never had a need to go past that...yet

Take a look at this spec sheet.

The 331 on the ecoboost is the standard rear for the 6 speed manual with the 355 with the pp.

With the auto ecoboost the 315 is standard with the 331 as an option.

It's interesting in that the spec sheet says 87 octane is the recommended fuel and it also states that it's 310 hp for the ecoboost.

Whoops my bad, I skipped the Automatic part :headbonk:

I'm pretty sure it even states 93 octane (when referencing HP) in the brochure, so yeah idk why they put 87 as recommended.

That depends on of manual or auto. Premium Auto is 3.31

Just noticed there is lots of mixed information out there and Ford gave me the wrong info. Wow their service depts better become educated.

ok, checked my specs. ecoboost premium standard 3.31 for both auto and manual. base ecoboost standard manual 3.31 and auto 3.15 --per Ford build/price web (the spec sheet doesn't show ecoboost premium standards, only base)

I wish i did more research prior to purchase... mine was complete impulse once I saw 1st one on lot. i would have opted for performance pkg or at least some performance options.
