For those switching from the PSC2’s to something like a PSS or 4S (or a different brand altogether) the car will feel less sharp and less playful. I was amazed at the personality difference when I ran the PSC2’s compared to other tires. The PSC2 makes the car feel alive, almost like an excited puppy. It’s fun at times but becomes tiresome on long drives to and from the track. Tram-lining will be greatly reduced when they are switched out. To date I’ve run the following tires and put them in order of preference for street and separately for track.

Street:
Bridgestone RE11 (unfortunately discontinued now)
Michelin PSS or PS4S
Bridgestone RE71R
Nitto NT01 (loud as hell, think Jeep Wrangler)
Michelin PSC2 (worst tramlining by far, comically so, of the tires I’ve run)

Track:
Nitto NT01 (long life and consistent performance after many heat cycles)
Bridgestone RE71R (long life, gets to temp quick, becomes slippery on hot days)
Michelin PSC2 (best grip tire in the first few heat cycles but grip aQUICKLY falls off after about 7-10 heat cycles)
Bridgestone RE11 (great consistency but lower overall grip, discontinued)
Michelin PSS or PS4S (great consistency, great wet weather performance, overall grip lowest of the tires I’ve run but are a great beginner tire or if looking for long life with proper camber)

There’s a cure for that! Jeager Bro’s front mud flaps is the vaccine.
I have zl1 Adons Deluxe Rock Guards installed. When you go on the turns no guards will help, I suppose.
