On my prior 2016, they were rotated at every oil change interval, which was 5k. Even with a rotation doesn’t mean things are ok, always check your tread wear by looking at the tire dead on so you can see the entire tread pattern. Feel the outer and inner tread too, to make sure it’s not feathering or cupping.
Lots of tread damage could occur in 5k miles, so even if you rotate the tires and a problem exists, it’s only going to wear those rotated tires.
Im going in for my 1st oil change this week,it has 2500 on it,ill go back in around 7000 for my 2nd,ill skip the tire rotation this 1st time,i measured 9/32 in the front amd 8/32 in the rear
