Does anyone have any thoughts on tire rotation methods for the Mach1 (non HP).

Get the jacking rails(Steeda or similar). Lift the whole side at once set the jack stands then remove and swap wheels. Repeat on the other side.

Isn't the mach 1 staggered? If so all you can do is swap side to side.
Only the HP is staggered if I am not mistaken. And some tires are directional can’t do side to side.

The OP has a non hp I believe it’s a square setup.

Set up is staggered.... 255/40R19 front and 275/40R19 rears and not directional on original Michelins. Checking for advice if there are any disadvantages to a side - side rotation.

Shouldn't be any trouble side to side. If you have a good alignment there won't be much benefit.

If the tires are non directional side to side is your only option right now because you’re staggered.

Best option is swap to 19x10's all around once your factory tires are worn out. That or 19x11's with 25mm spacer up front and 50mm offset. I cannot stand staggered setups.

Could you use the same wheels all around, or does one need a spacer to adjust the depth of the wheel on front or rear?

19x10 with 35mm offset will work all the way around without spacers. It's a pretty common setup.

Minimal at best, but, you'll never know.
Maybe you turn more in one direction at higher speeds/forces than the other, so the opposing side would get more wear over time.
Give your tires a wear check, but how often is up to you. I personally check mine after 4k to 5k miles, across the tire's channel. If one side is more worn than the other, I will swap them left to right (I run same size tires, but different wheel offsets, so I am restricted left to right only).

19X10's with 35mm offset squared. 305/30/19's so I can rotate. The OEM wheels are stored in the attic. I also hate staggered set-ups. Dealt with that on my past 2 AMG's.

Seeing these make me really excited to get my wheels back from California. I hope it looks in person how it looks in my head, because man I am gonna be pissed if it doesn't! If it sucks, I'll likely scrap the whole idea and just be simple and get a square setup and roll with it. Looks so good!

I’m going with option 2, Rob. Slip on spacer though, with extended studs, and 305/30 on all fours.

That's what my autocross setup is at the moment, 19x11, 25mm OP spacer, ARP studs. My street setup will either be 19x10's or 19x11's all around once the OEM tires wear out.
