i agree on both fronts. you’d think since i’m already a paid customer, i’d get priority…but maybe that’s exactly why. because they have more paying customers today anyway…whatever, it’s annoying but it is what it is. i’ll be truly pissed if when they attempt it, it still looks like ass. that’s when i’ll probably lose my shit, but i’m trying real hard not to. i’m on vacation here, didn’t want to be spending full days sitting here doing nothing. today’s supposed to be like 60 so i wanted to get a wash and wax in on the f150 and the tacoma to prep them for winter, but guess that isn’t happening!!!

i think they do, i told the guy last night i can just come first thing and get me in right away tomorrow, and he said okay. guess they just never finished their stuff from last night, so they’re super backed up. the lot is full of cars. for a company that has good ratings and does supercars and stuff, it’s like wtf.
