pretty sure ive been told before and ecoboost throttle will never open 100 percent.

I've changed the Intercooler to a CVF race Intercooler. And am running a TurboSmart 10 lb wastegate, plus a 3" turbo back drag pipe.

Actually the "throttle position actual" is not in % it is in degrees. 90 degrees is perfectly level.

Well that's because the stock turbo is so small. It can't flow enough air at higher boost pressures near redline so it drops off a bit. Also exhaust manifold pressure is very high (1.5-2x boos pressure) so depending on your setup exhaust manifold pressure can be so high it starts to push the wastegate open.
Here's screenshot of the Track Addict app at Road America. As you can see, the stock motor, with only a larger intercooler, is capable of producing 22 psi boost at almost 5800 RPM (Note: The manifold pressure is shown as absolute, so you must subtract 14.7 from the 36.92 to get boost pressure). It starts falling off above 6K RPMs, in my car.

Yeah, so Coyote Chase's issue of boost falling off above 3-4K is probably not related to the stock turbo. Might be the Turbosmart wastegate?

I had the same problem with the OEM wastegate... I hit 22+ psi boost early, 3k+ rpm, then as I whined the motor out, the boost will drop down near 17 lbs...? I've pulled everything boost related apart, tested every sensor/control, etc. And haven't found anything abnormal. And the car still runs mid 12s on the 1/4 mile!??
When I get to my computer, I'll try to post a data log!

Custom tune or Cobb OTS as per your signature? Cobb OTS are fairly conservative so I’d try a custom tune to take that variable out of the equation.

Another way to check is to see if you WGDC actual is close to WGDC desired. If so there will is no problem with boost control it’s that the tune is not commanding full boost to redline. You will get a deviation between the two probably between 5-6k rpm but below that WGDC desired and actual should be very close.

It's not, sorry :(

Actually, the video I have from the most recent Road America track day on 4/29 is not all that interesting. There were only about 55 cars there in total that day. There were laps where I didn't see another car for the entire lap. Obviously, that was good for the most part, but you just see empty track in front of you.

Actually, the video I have from the most recent Road America track day on 4/29 is not all that interesting. There were only about 55 cars there in total that day. There were laps where I didn't see another car for the entire lap. Obviously, that was good for the most part, but you just see empty track in front of you.

I primarily use my work PC, and I can't really install Race Render on this, so I'd need to use one of my personal laptops, which I don't use very often. Eventually I'll get around to it.

Yes, I think the hood vents helped. Unfortunately, I only got one decent day to run, and the ambient temps barely broke 60 deg. Before the hood vent, I had to short shift (5300-5400) to keep temps down (e.g., to keep coolant under 240 deg). With the vent, I could comfortably shift at 6K, and the coolant temp never broke 220, with actual oil temps in the 240-250 range (the factory inferred temp still climbed to over 280, but that will require a software edit). Top speed is very consistent around 128 mph. Max lateral Gs were 1.54. Here I am coming out of turn 7.
